January 2025 World Service Conference Motions and Topics Submission Form
Does your group or committee have a motion or a topic for discussion to bring to the World Service Conference? All submissions will be forwarded for review to the relevant Committee for review and further development as appropriate. Please understand there is limited capacity and time for the Conference to address everything that may be submitted. The deadline date for submitting motions or topics HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO OCTOBER 15 2024. (Please provide only one motion or topic for discussion per form, and begin with the email of the person filling in this form.)

A Motion is a clear statement of the specific action you are asking the Conference to take. For example, "Members must wear Halloween costumes or fancy dress at meetings," is specific and actionable. "I think we need to have a dress code for meetings" is vague.

3. Please provide the rationale or the background information in support of the Motion. For example, the issue or concern the motion addresses, or instances of how A.R.T.S. Anonymous can benefit from the Motion.
